1. Services Offered

Cleanscape Services provides landscaping, lawn care, seasonal cleanups, mulch installation, planting, and related outdoor maintenance services. Service availability may vary based on location, property conditions, and seasonal limitations.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions or scope of work change. We will always notify you in advance of any cost changes.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property on the scheduled service date(s). If we are unable to perform services due to locked gates, pets, or other access issues, a trip charge may apply.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods including cash, check, and digital payment platforms. Invoices past due by 14 days may incur a late fee.

5. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel.

6. Property Conditions

Cleanscape Services is not liable for pre-existing damage to lawns, irrigation systems, fences, or other property elements. Please inform us of any underground utilities or sprinkler lines prior to service.

7. Weather Delays

Outdoor work is subject to weather conditions. If inclement weather prevents safe or effective service, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at the earliest available date.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

9. Privacy & Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication related to your services, estimates, and updates from Cleanscape Services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

Cleanscape Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
